Refund policy

All sales are final with the exception of damaged product due to shipping or manufacturing errors.

Returns for the above reasons shall be documented with photos or videos and sent in an email to ghostapperalanddesign@gmail.com. Returns shipped without approval may result in the forfeiture of the product and any rights to a full or partial refund.

False returns will result in no refund of product or shipping costs as well as denial of future business.

Chargebacks for any reason will result in denial of future business.
